Casa Unico is a special project for them as it located in a mesmerizing area that is enclosed between the hills and lush greenery.
Casa Unico is at a distance of 4.8 kms from Karjat Station and at a distance of 3.2 kms from Bhivpuri Road Station. The Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) proposed project is at a distance of approximately 38 kms. All your household and grocery shopping can be done from D-Mart, Karjat, which is at a distance of 2.5 kms.
Matheran Hill Station is 16 kms. away from Casa Unico. Imagica Water Park is at a distance of 30 kms and the roads to reach there were in a very bad state. Almost 10 kms had roads filled with potholes. There were innumerable ongoing real estate projects coming up in Karjat. So, Karjat is certainly gaining a lot of popularity among real estate investors.
I had the opportunity to visit Casa Unico in Karjat and review the entire project. My travel from Mumbai to Karjat by road was amazing. As I was traveling on a Sunday, I did not encounter much traffic congestion.
I took the route from Mumbai to Karjat via Bangalore Mumbai Highway / Mumbai Pune Highway. I had to take a left turn from Shedung Exit for Panvel; but, as the roads were so smooth to drive I missed the turn and kept driving straight and reached Khalapur toll. Stupid me!
Around 500 meters of road to reach the site address was in a bad condition. There was another project under construction close by, under the name of Serene City. Very soon, both developers will be constructing the broken road to make it broader and better.
At the Casa Unico site, I met Mr. Deepraj who explained the project in detail. Then, Mr. Pramod showed the sample flat and other amenities. I had the opportunity to see a 1 BKH apartment, which was nicely built. At the entrance was the living room that had large glass sliding doors to reach the patio.
The glass doors enhanced the overall look of the apartment as I could see beautiful landscapes. Similar sliding glass doors were provided in the bedroom too. It had a separate bathroom and toilet with Western style commode (that was not yet fixed).
There was a huge area provided that could be used as a garden to keep flowering pots, as a terrace, or sitting area. For the time being, there were artificial grass mats put up, which certainly enhanced the beauty.
The kitchen was big enough and had tall glass door too; however, it was a single door and not a sliding one. The drawers, shelves, chimney, etc. were only to be shown in sample flat and will not be provided in the ready apartments.
As the township is on the hills, the water has to be pumped from underground storage, which receives supply from Pali Bhutivali dam. There will be huge overhead tanks on each building to store water that has been pumped from the underground tanks.
Once the project gets completed there will be Facility Management Services and 24 hours High Digital Security offered. Inverter will be provided in each flat with power backups for lift and solar lighting.
To conclude, Casa Unico is an amazing upcoming township, which is located in the midst of nature. The serene natural surroundings and clean, pollution-free air makes Casa Unico a perfect place for having a second home.
